Karen Carter has devoted more than 35 years to the world of dance. She spent her career working closely with young dancers, organizing and running dance competitions, and creating opportunities for students to perform, grow in confidence, and develop their skills. Over the years, she also traveled extensively with her dancers, sharing experiences at destinations such as Branson, Missouri, performances at Silver Dollar City, and events associated with the Miss America Pageant.

Her passion has always centered on working with children and helping them discover joy and self-expression through dance. Today, she enjoys spending time with her family and reflecting on a career filled with travel, performances, and meaningful impact on generations of dancers.
